On the front line, with our internal and external Sales teams is where you experience this best. We established our Key Account Management Programme in 2024 to provide clear visibility across our production, quality and delivery services. Our detailed KPI reports are shared openly; the good, the honest and everything in between. 

Why? 

Because we believe in transparency, (excuse the pun) but this very open way of working has only helped our teams to improve accountability and deliver a more consistent, improved experience. Internally, it’s raised the bar. Externally, it builds confidence.  

Our reports have been extremely well received, with Craig Hopper, Key Account Manager at Ecoglass, regularly exchanging data with our customers to help improve efficiencies and productivity from both sides. This has helped to shape our customers’ processes and products in a more nuanced and balanced way. Meaning we’re able to forward plan in a way that’s both productive and collaborative. 

And it’s not just the daily orders.  

This data has also led to the development of our EcoSlim range.  

One of our customers required a slimmer IGU that was suitable for conservation areas but still used high-performance glazing. Ecoslim was created to honour the aesthetics of heritage properties whilst providing the performance of modern and efficient glazing. 

And this innovation didn’t happen in isolation; it was achieved through active collaboration and rigorous testing, which not only went the extra mile, but delivered on it too.  

Everything we do is guided by a long-term view.  

We don’t chase short-term gains or make decisions guided by the bottom line. We focus on doing what’s right, ethically, sustainably, and for the benefit of our people and our customers.
