Sales Expertise
From a sales perspective, Craig Hopper, Key Account Manager, plays a vital role as the link between our customers and the factory floor. He brings clarity, consistency and accountability to every relationship, ensuring customer needs are understood and delivered on with care.
“I pride myself on always going the extra mile to deliver on my promises,” says Craig. “Doing what’s right by the customer builds trust and integrity over time, and those are things you can’t shortcut.”
Since stepping into the role in 2025, Craig has continued to build long-standing, trusted partnerships grounded in open communication, reliability and follow-through. “It’s not about flash,” he adds. “It’s about honouring our customer charter and acting with integrity, every time.”
Transparency through performance reporting
One of Craig’s flagship contributions since becoming Key Account Manager is the implementation and management of our KPI programme. This transparent sales reporting system tracks how well, we as a company, are meeting client expectations across production, quality and delivery. These reports are shared openly with clients; the good, the bad, and everything in between.
Even when results fall short, Craig believes in full honesty in the reporting, creating high levels of accountability across the business that push everyone to do better.
Be the customer's absolute ally
Craig’s approach goes beyond traditional account management. By embedding himself within customer teams, he can identify challenges early, anticipate future needs and work collaboratively to find practical solutions.
This has been particularly valuable in supporting customers exploring more sustainable practices. By advising on the collection and recycling of glass waste cullet as part of our involvement in the Glass Forever programme, Craig has helped customers implement circular economy processes that allow waste cullet to be remanufactured into new, high-performance glazing, reducing landfill and supporting long-term sustainability goals.

As we move into 2026, our focus remains firmly on strengthening relationships and supporting our clients with premium products and customer service. By continuing to invest in people, transparent processes and proactive methods of working, we aim to help our customers operate with greater confidence, consistency and clarity.
