Family ethos 

We've always been a family company, not just in ownership but also in spirit.  

Roger Middleton joined the company in 1964, aged just 15. And since then, he has witnessed generations of talent build careers and their own legacies at Ecoglass, leaving a lasting impact that makes our company what it is today.  

And that legacy is something we’re incredibly proud of. Whether it’s the family members who continue to carry the torch or the extended family of our team, we’ve grown through the skill, commitment and care of its people. 

As we look to the future, we’ll keep investing in them, creating growth opportunities and supporting new ideas to ensure that the same family ethos continues to thrive in the veins of our business.
