Jasmine Winter completes her Level 3 HR Support CIPD
18 months, multiple essays, consultative projects and many cups of tea later, Jasmine Winter has formally completed her Level 3 HR Support CIPD Qualification.
The HR Support apprenticeship has strengthened Jasmine’s role at Ecoglass, giving her a robust framework to support our people, processes and progression across the business. One of the key elements of the qualification was an extensive consultative project conducted by Jasmine that is now being rolled out across Ecoglass.
One company, one alignment
Jasmine completed a three-month consultative project in which she shaped a re-induction process for the staff at Ecoglass.
With many colleagues having been part of the business for over a decade, the re-induction process creates space to reconnect people with updated policies, processes and ways of working. More importantly, following the G25 Glass Company of the Year award win, it provides a clear opportunity to align ambition with action, bringing everyone together around a shared understanding of where the business is heading next.
“The award win was always a marker of what’s to come,” says Mark High, Company Director. “Since the win in November, our focus has remained on meeting and exceeding the standards we set for ourselves and the expectations our customers rightly have of us across every level of the business. The programme Jasmine has developed includes clear opportunities for training and continuous improvement across the business; the award reinforces why raising the bar must remain a priority.”
Mark continues: “Jasmine is an exceptional asset to the team, and this qualification is a testament to her determination to keep learning, challenging herself and contributing to the wider success of Ecoglass.”
It’s the company values in action
Ecoglass’s customer charter sits at the heart of how the business operates, guiding relationships with colleagues, customers and the wider community. The re-induction programme brings this charter to life, highlighting how shared values translate into consistent behaviours across the business.
“The charter and our company values create a strong sense of consistency,” says Jasmine. “With this project, I wanted to bring everyone together around a shared sense of ambition and united energy. Supporting our people to be the best they can be is central to my role, and this qualification has given me greater confidence to do this.”
She adds: “I’m excited to continue supporting the team and to build on the initiatives we have planned, making sure we’re always improving and moving forward together."
