People are at the heart of everything we do at Ecoglass. The strength of who we are is grounded in a time-served team that consistently delivers above and beyond for our customers.
We also recognise that strong relationships go both ways. That’s why we actively invest in our people, their futures, and their careers at Ecoglass, because we know individual prosperity is key to collective growth.
We’re proud to announce a series of recent promotions that strengthen both our client relationships and internal operations.
STRENGTHENING INTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS
Over the last decade, Craig Hopper has grown from the Transport Department to the Sales team, and today, he leads our Key Accounts.
Craig stands out as someone who leads with quiet confidence, resilience and a genuine commitment to doing the right thing, not just for our team and customers, but also for the future of the industry. As Key Account Manager, Craig deftly balances the pressure of client expectations and production realities with level-headedness and integrity. He has consistently proven himself to be a reliable asset to both our people and our customers.
Speaking of his new role, Craig shared: “I’m excited to take this next step at Ecoglass. For me, it’s all about working closely with our customers to understand their needs and help us grow together.”
SUPPORTING OPERATIONAL GROWTH
Shifting the spotlight internally, we’re proud to announce the promotions of James Bishop to Operations Manager and Mathew Collins to Production Manager.
As long-serving team members, both James and Mat have played a key role in driving day-to-day efficiency and upholding the high product quality standards our customers rely on. Their trusted knowledge of our systems, people and processes has been instrumental in shaping the future of our operational excellence.
These appointments are an important step as we build on the strength of our operations as we continue to scale up in a way that protects our values, supports our people, and sets us up for sustainable long-term growth.
“It’s great to take on this new challenge with the same team I’ve grown alongside,” said Mat. “There’s a lot to be proud of in how far we’ve come, and we’re focused on taking that even further.”
James added: “We’re not just keeping up with growth, we’re preparing for it, together. That’s what makes it exciting.”
Together, these promotions mark more than individual achievements; they reflect a wider commitment to strengthening the future of our business. By investing in our people, we’re building strength and resilience from the inside out. We’re proud of Craig, James and Mat for their continued growth, and we look forward to supporting them as they help shape the future of Ecoglass.
